Mr. Lindsey has a vast background of valuation in a variety of different venues, including small rural communinities, such as South Fork, CO; Cedar City, UT and Estes Park, CO; major metropolitan areas like Seattle, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Denver and destination resorts such as Cozumel Mexico.
He has developed methodologies that relate varied economic activity to the financial performance and valuation of real estate develpments and golf courses.
Lending institutions have relied upon his expertise whether they are evaluating development opportunities, assessing the potential for an acquistion of a troubled property, or restructuring the debt of a non-performing propery.
Mr. Lindsey has presented reports concerning the subjects of market feasibility, financial feasibility, appraisal and the golf industry.
